DWG PN-002 / PLATFORM

One platform. Every step accounted for.

Pantheon is where a plain-English request becomes a running, audited workflow: composed from approved building blocks, executed across the tools your team already uses, and recorded end to end.

SHEET 02 / SYSTEM MODEL

From handler to run, nothing is improvised.

Five layers turn a raw capability into governed, repeatable work.

DETAIL / NO-CODE BUILDER

No-code workflow builder

Describe the outcome. Pantheon proposes the steps and the approved tools, and you adjust in plain language. What ships is a real, multi-step workflow, not a prompt.

  • A chat-first builder for non-technical lawyers
  • Reuse and adapt shared workflows
  • Trigger on email, a schedule or a webhook

SHEET 04 / REVIEW PORTAL
DETAIL / REVIEW PORTAL

The compliance review portal

IT connects and configures each tool; compliance vets its data handling and scope, then grants it per team and per person. This is the gate the chat tools do not have.

  • Per-tool data classification
  • Egress controls on every tool
  • Access grants per team and per person

SHEET 05 / AUDIT TRAIL

A full audit trail on every run.

Observability records each step: who ran it, which tools fired, what data moved, what it cost, and every human approval along the way.

SHEET 07 / RFI REGISTER

How the platform holds together.

RFI-01What is a tool, exactly?
A tool is a code primitive (a handler) that an admin has approved, configured and granted. Lawyers compose workflows only from approved tools, never from raw code.
RFI-02Who can approve tools?
Your IT and compliance admins. IT connects and configures the tool, compliance vets its data handling and scope, and access is granted per team and per person before anyone can use it.
RFI-03Can a workflow run without a person in the loop?
Yes or no, you decide per workflow. You can insert human approval gates anywhere, in series or parallel, and high-risk steps wait for sign-off.
RFI-04How do workflows reach people who never open Pantheon?
Through the tools they already use. Workflows can email, post to Teams or Slack, and act in Outlook, so colleagues take part from their inbox.
